Hello, welcome to our shop. We are so grateful you are here. Please read carefully through our shop policies. We understand that each shop is unique and so are the policies. We truly value you and think you are amazing for supporting small businesses such as ours. We have listed our policies accordingly to what is best for both the customer and the shop. Due to many of our items being seasonal/holiday, we feel the policy is important. Thank you so much for understanding. By placing your order, you agree to these policies and guidelines.
online orders: Eligible for returns within 10 days of receiving your item (date stamped within 10 days, meaning your return must be stamped in by the courier within 10 days of of you receiving your order (approved items only). Day one begins the date of delivery. This does not mean the items need to be in our hands within 10 days, but in transit. Available for store credit only. Apparel must be unworn/ unwashed and with original tags and packaging. If there is any sign of being worn or washed, you will not be refunded and will be responsible for providing shipping back to yourself. All returns / exchanges will be offered at the current selling price reflected on the website. Restocking fee is 20% and will be deducted from your store credit.
Please email us to inform us of your exchange/return first. You will then be given a return address/instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs. We advise you purchase a courier that provides tracking information for you, as we are NOT responsible for lost/stolen return packages that you send to us. Once your package is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit within 7 business days. This credit will not expire. If you choose an exchange, your new order will be invoiced to you to include the shipping cost to send out the order. Your return credited amount will be for the product returned (minus the restocking fee) only. Restocking fee is 20% of your item(s) returned. You will not be refunded your original shipping cost. Items NOT honored for return: items with the word "SALE",MERI MERI products, SWIM WEAR, blankets, hair accessories, CLOSEOUT ITEMS, GRAB BAG SALES, FLASH SALE items, hats, sunglasses and PRE ORDER ITEMS (or items where "no returns/exchanges" is listed on the website under the specific product.
FLASH and/or closeout items: AS IS. May contain minor print errors or markings from warehouse. Highly discounted for you. This is not always the case, but there is a small 3% percentage of flash/closeout items being minorly defective. Please understand flash/sale/grab bag items may take up to 21 days to ship due to the high order intake of sale products. This is not always the case, most orders will ship within two weeks, but please allow up to three.
We do not accept order cancellations. Once your order is placed, it is processed and cannot be cancelled. Should you cancel your order, there is no refund due to this policy. we do not accept cancellations and / or changes for any pre-order items as these are made to order
We feel this policy is important because it helps prevent shipping errors/delay times and inventory accuracy. Thank you for understanding. In validated situations, if a pre order is canceled, YOU will be charged a 25% restocking fee for online orders.

If you send back your order without authorization it will be refused at delivery as we only accept packages that we know in advance are being returned.
IN STORE PICKUPS: will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

DAMAGED OR incorrect ITEMS
Should an order arrive damaged, and/or incorrect item received: please send us a photograph of the packaging and the contents within 3 days of receiving. If the three day window has been reached, we are not responsible. Each order will be addressed individually. We do our best with quality control, however with human error, sometimes an item will get sent out that should not have cleared QC. We apologize and will fix this for you! Once you receive your package, please inspect it right away after opening.
Our policy lasts 3 days of your package arrival date. If 3 days have gone by since this day, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All returns must be approved for prior to returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags in place, no stains or foul odors. It must also be in the original packaging with tags correctly attached. Please recognize that all of our apparel is garment dyed, and variations of color/dye will occur with each batch. This means that in some cases, the restock batches might have a lighter or darker variation. This is not considered a defect in our merchandise. Because each batch is hand cut and sewn, tiny threads will occasionally appear loose. This is not defective, they only need to be trimmed. We do our very best to correct these during quality control, however not all are always caught in time. Kindly remove the loose threads with scissors, this will not cause any harm to your apparel.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, including the outside packaging, it is not our responsibility. We advise that you contact or file a claim with USPS/Fed Ex. If your items arrive damaged with no obvious packaging issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will need to provide a photo of the item and the original packaging in order to be considered for a return.
We are not responsible for replacing items. However, we do provide a solution prior to us shipping your contents out to you:
Please know that we offer “package protection” through ROUTE on our website should you feel your order needs to be insured. This is automatically included in your order and the cost is calculated according to your order total. You must manually unclick this to opt out. If you do this, it means you do NOT want the protection on the order and YOU will be responsible should something happen to your order. Please do not contact us if your package arrives damaged/opened if you DID NOT purchase the package protection. Instead, please proceed to contact the shipping carrier to file your own claim.
LOST PACKAGES
All Elisabeth + Faith orders are shipped with tracking. Once your item has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email for shipping confirmation. Please continue to track your package to ensure delivery and that you are able to accept the package in person. Elisabeth + Faith is not responsible for packages once they are scanned in by UPS or USPS. there is a package protection insurance available at checkout, and in order to opt out of this protection you must manually click the box, if you do end up having a package and you do have the route insurance protection, you will need to contact insurance to have your replacement or refund issued
COUPON CODES:
There are no price adjustments on coupon codes from previous orders. There are no price adjustments from sale items from previous orders. We cannot go back and apply a coupon code to a previous order.
